§ 37642 School District Funding Rules

The allowances, disbursements, and apportionments under this article shall be made with respect to any school district maintaining a continuous school program pursuant to this chapter in accordance with the provisions of law relating to such allowances, disbursements, and apportionments, to the extent possible. (Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.)
