This article and Article 17 (commencing with Section 13180) of Chapter 2 of Division 7 of the Food and Agricultural Code shall be known and cited as the Healthy Schools Act of 2000. (Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 730, Sec. 10. Effective January 1, 2008.)
