§ 37643 School District Apportionment Timing

The Superintendent of Public Instruction may provide for the actual disbursement of the apportionments to the school district maintaining the continuous school program pursuant to this chapter at times other than as specified in Article 3 (commencing with Section 41330) of Chapter 3 of Part 24 of this division. In no event, however, shall the school district receive apportionments in a total amount in excess of the amount determined pursuant to this article. (Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.)
