§ 37640 Continuous School Program Funding

Each school district maintaining a continuous school program in any school within the district pursuant to this chapter shall be entitled to receive the same support, but not more support, from the State School Fund due to the average daily attendance at such school that it would have received if the school had been operating under the provisions of law relating to the regular school year, including summer school. (Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.)
