§ 37641 School Funding Calculation Rules

The Superintendent of Public Instruction shall prescribe an appropriate procedure for the computation of allowances, apportionments, and disbursements from the State School Fund which are to be made to any school district maintaining a continuous school program pursuant to this chapter for any one or more of the purposes specified in Sections 41300 and 41301 for the average daily attendance at any school operating such a program. (Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.)
