§ 303 Artificial Pond Artesian Water

• •You can collect water from underground into a man-made pond or tank.
• •But you must use that water for something good, like watering crops or giving animals water.
• •You can't just waste the water or let it sit there for no reason.

A farmer digs a well and pumps water into a big tank on their land.

The farmer can do this as long as they use the water for their crops or animals. If they just fill the tank and never use the water, it's not allowed.
