§ 302 Artesian Well Waste Prevention

• •If you use water from an artesian well to water your land, you can't let more than 5% of that water run off or escape.
• •If more than 5% of the water escapes, it's considered waste and is against the rules.
• •This rule is about making sure water from artesian wells is used carefully and not wasted.
