§ 8531 Historic Reclamation Project Rules

The Statutes of California as existing on April 1, 1923, shall be observed and followed: (a) In all plans, hearings, notices and proceedings relating to the maintenance, repair and operation of reclamation and flood control works existing on April 1, 1923. (b) In the completion, maintenance and operation of any project adopted by the board prior to April 1, 1923. (c) In the adoption and carrying to completion of any project of work contained or involved in the report of the California Debris Commission dated January 5, 1925. (Added by Stats. 1943, Ch. 369.)
