§ 8592 Debris Commission Project Authority

Key Takeaways

  • •The board can do the same things for projects listed in a 1925 report as they could for projects before April 1, 1923.
  • •This means old rules still apply to these specific projects.
  • •The law is about keeping things consistent for certain work or projects.

Example

Imagine a town wants to build a bridge that was planned in 1925.

The board can handle this bridge project the same way they handled bridge projects before 1923. They don’t need new rules for it.
