§ 6392 Unsafe Condition Correction

If it is found that an unsafe condition exists, the department shall take such action as is necessary to render or cause the condition to be rendered safe and any money deposited to secure an inspection shall be returned. (Enacted by Stats. 1943, Ch. 368.)
