§ 7505 Passenger Rail Revenue Restrictions

• •Money made from train rides between Willits and Larkspur can only be used to fix or run trains on that same route.
• •The land where the train tracks are between Willits and Larkspur cannot be used as a guarantee to borrow money for fixing or improving train tracks north of Willits.

If the train company makes $100 from selling tickets for rides between Willits and Larkspur, they can use that $100 to repair the tracks or pay for gas for the trains on that route.

They cannot use that $100 to fix tracks north of Willits. Also, they cannot use the land where the tracks are between Willits and Larkspur as a promise to get a loan for fixing tracks north of Willits.
