§ 3950 Commercial Vehicle Interstate Compliance

It is a violation of law for any person or corporation to operate, or cause to be operated, on the highways of this state, any motor vehicle in the transportation of property or passengers for compensation in interstate commerce without having first complied with the requirements of this chapter. That violation may be prosecuted and punished as provided in Section 16560 of the Vehicle Code. (Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 1005, Sec. 66. Effective January 1, 2000.)
