§ 100090 Vta Officer Positions

The officers of the VTA shall consist of the members of the board of directors, the chairperson and vice chairperson of the board, a secretary, a general manager, a general counsel, and any other officers that the board deems necessary and provides for by ordinance or resolution. The general manager and general counsel shall be appointed and may be removed by the affirmative votes of a majority of the board. (Amended by Stats. 2016, Ch. 381, Sec. 29. (AB 2196) Effective January 1, 2017.)
