§ 110565 Food Contamination Standards

Any food is adulterated if it has been produced, prepared, packed, or held under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth, or whereby it may have been rendered unwholesome, diseased, or injurious to health. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
