§ 111685 Cosmetic Sanitation Standards

Any cosmetic is adulterated if it has been produced, prepared, packed, or held under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth, or whereby it may have been rendered injurious to health. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
