§ 111255 Drug Device Contamination Standards

Any drug or device is adulterated if it has been produced, prepared, packed, or held under conditions whereby it may have been contaminated with filth, or whereby it may have been rendered injurious to health. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
