§ 110560 Food Adulteration Standards

Any food is adulterated if it consists in whole or in part of any diseased, contaminated, filthy, putrid, or decomposed substance, or if it is otherwise unfit for food. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
