§ 23172 County Survey Dispute Resolution

If the boards of supervisors do not agree upon and finally approve the survey made by the county surveyors, each surveyor shall make a report to the State Lands Commission, with surveys, maps, notes, and explanations touching disputed points. (Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)
