§ 10297 Electronic Legal Material Preservation

An official publisher of legal material in an electronic record that must be preserved under Section 10296 shall ensure that the material is reasonably available for use by the public on a permanent basis. (Added by Stats. 2012, Ch. 310, Sec. 1. (SB 1075) Effective January 1, 2013. Operative July 1, 2015, by Sec. 2 of Ch. 310.)
