§ 10292 Electronic Legal Material Rules

Key Takeaways

  • •This rule is about official stuff that's put online.
  • •It only counts for things marked as 'official' under another rule (Section 10293).
  • •It started on July 1, 2015—anything before that doesn’t count.

Example

A government website posts a new law online.

If the law is marked as 'official' and was posted after July 1, 2015, this rule applies to it. If it was posted before that date, this rule doesn’t care about it.
