§ 22325 Licensee Fee Display Requirements

Key Takeaways

  • •Businesses with a license must show a clear list of their prices where customers can see it.
  • •The list must explain how they calculate their prices.
  • •The government official (commissioner) must approve this price list.

Example

You go to a car repair shop to fix your bike.

The shop must have a big sign or paper showing how much they charge for fixing bikes and how they decide the price. If they don’t show this or the prices are not fair, they can get in trouble.
