§ 43065 Fruit Wholesaler License Discipline

(a) A fruit and vegetable wholesaler registration issued pursuant to Section 43061 may be refused, revoked, or suspended by the commissioner for any violation of either this division or a regulation issued pursuant to this division. (b) Procedures for the refusal, suspension, or revocation of a registration shall be the same as those contained in Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
