§ 10988 Hearing Procedures And Powers

The proceedings for all hearings pursuant to this chapter shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500), Part 1, Division 3, Title 2, of the Government Code. The director shall have all powers which are granted by such chapter. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
