§ 24751 Administrative Hearing Procedures

• •If there's a meeting or process under Section 24750, it must follow the rules in Chapter 5 of the Government Code.
• •The person in charge (the director) has the same powers given in that chapter.
• •This law just says to use the rules from another part of the law for these meetings.

Imagine your school has a rulebook for how meetings with the principal work. If there's a special meeting about a school rule, they have to follow that rulebook.

This law is like that rulebook. It says that if there's a meeting under Section 24750, they have to follow the rules in Chapter 5. The principal (or director) also gets the same powers listed in that rulebook.
