§ 29157 Hearing Procedures Compliance

To the greatest extent possible, the proceedings for all hearings under this article shall be conducted pursuant to Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code. The director shall have all the powers which are granted by the chapter. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 1404, Sec. 2.)
