§ 34653 Dairy Equipment Brand Protection

• •You can't hide or remove any brand marks on dairy containers or equipment without asking the director first.
• •You can't buy, sell, or trade dairy containers or equipment unless it follows the rules in Section 34562.

If you have an old milk tank with a brand on it and you want to paint over the brand to sell it.

You can't just paint over the brand and sell it. You have to ask the director for permission first. If you don't, you're breaking the law.
