§ 34652 Unauthorized Dairy Brand Use

• •You can't use someone else's branded milk containers or equipment without their permission.
• •Only the owner of the brand or their group can use containers with their brand on it.
• •If you fill someone else's branded milk bottles or use their dairy equipment without asking, you're breaking the law.

You see empty milk bottles with a local dairy farm's logo on them. You decide to fill them with your own milk and sell them at a farmers market.

This is not allowed because the bottles are branded by the dairy farm. Only the dairy farm or their approved group can use those bottles. You need their written permission first.
