§ 35530 District Reorganization Completion

• •Changing school or city areas is done when the boss group (board of supervisors) gives the final okay.
• •The change isn’t official until the board says so in writing.
• •This rule was updated in 1980 to make it clearer.

A town wants to move some streets into a different school area so kids go to a closer school.

The town leaders must vote and write an order to make the change real. Until they do that, the old school areas stay the same.
