§ 75541 Water Facility Registration Requirements

Within six months after the date of establishing a zone or zones, all water-producing facilities located within the boundaries of such zone or zones shall be registered with the district and, if required by the board, shall be measured with a water-measuring device satisfactory to the district, which shall be installed by the district or, at the district’s option, by the operator thereof. (Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 75.)
