§ 6456 Dam Application Requirements

Key Takeaways

  • •You need a separate application for each dam or reservoir you own.
  • •The application must be filled out on forms provided by the department.
  • •You have to include all the information the department asks for about the dam or reservoir.

Example

If you own two dams on your property, you want to make sure they are both registered with the state.

You can't just fill out one form for both dams. You have to fill out two separate forms, one for each dam, and give all the details the department asks for, like how big they are or what they're used for.
