§ 6201 Dam Reservoir Application Requirements

Key Takeaways

  • •You need to fill out a separate form for each dam or reservoir you want to build.
  • •If you're building a dam and the reservoir that goes with it, you only need to fill out one form for both.
  • •The forms are provided by the department in charge.

Example

A farmer wants to build a dam on their land to create a small lake (reservoir) for their animals to drink from.

The farmer only needs to fill out one form for both the dam and the lake because they are connected. They don't need to fill out two separate forms.
