§ 6251 Dam Application Requirements

Key Takeaways

  • •You need a separate application for each dam you own.
  • •The application must be filled out on forms provided by the department.
  • •You have to give the department all the information they ask for about the dam.

Example

If you own two dams on your property, you can't just fill out one application for both.

You have to fill out two separate applications, one for each dam, using the forms the department gives you. Each form must include all the details the department asks for about that specific dam.
