§ 6382 Dam Safety Certification

If, upon inspection or upon completion to the satisfaction of the department of all work that may be ordered, the department finds that the dam is safe to the full extent for which use is or will be made, a certificate of approval shall be issued. (Enacted by Stats. 1943, Ch. 368.)
