§ 355 Emergency Water Restrictions

Key Takeaways

  • •This law is about water rules during an emergency.
  • •The rules stay in place until the water supply is back to normal.
  • •The rules don't go away until there's enough water again.

Example

A town has a big drought, and there's not enough water for everyone.

The town makes rules like 'no watering lawns' or 'short showers only.' These rules stay until the town gets more water, like after heavy rain fills up the reservoirs.
