§ 2783 Court Board Evidence Referral

The court may refer the matter for such further evidence to be taken by the board as the court may direct, and may require a further determination by the board, in which event the board shall be entitled to reimbursement for expenses incurred by it in the manner provided in Article 13 (commencing with Section 2850) of this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 53.)
