§ 2762 Court Affirmation Of Board Order

Key Takeaways

  • •If no one complains or says something is wrong, the court will agree with the board's decision.
  • •The court will make the board's decision official if nobody speaks up by the hearing day.
  • •You have to say something before the hearing day if you don't like the board's decision.

Example

Imagine your school says you broke a rule and you have to stay after school. If you don’t tell the principal you think it’s unfair by the right day, they’ll say the punishment stays.

The court works the same way. If nobody says the board’s decision is wrong by the hearing day, the court will say the board’s decision is final.
