§ 2755 Service Proof Filing

• •The board must show proof they sent something important by registered mail.
• •They also have to show they announced it publicly.
• •This proof must be given to the court clerk.

If the city wants to close a park, they have to tell people in two ways.

They must mail letters to nearby homes and put a notice in the newspaper. Then, they have to show the court they did this.
