§ 1312 Publication Of Diversion Notice

The notice shall be published at the expense of the applicant at least once a week for three consecutive weeks, commencing within 20 days of the date of issuance of the notice, in a newspaper having a general circulation and published within the county wherein the point of diversion lies, or, if there are points of diversion in more than one county, in each county in which a point of diversion lies. (Amended by Stats. 1970, Ch. 773.)
