§ 30307 District Treasurer Payment Duties

The treasurer shall be the custodian of the funds of the district and shall make payments only upon warrants duly and regularly signed by the president or vice president of the board, or other person authorized by the board so to do, and by the secretary or general manager. He shall keep an account of all receipts and disbursements. (Added by Stats. 1964, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 62.)
