§ 28817 District Funds Custody Payments

The chief financial officer shall be the custodian of the funds of the district and shall make payments only upon warrants duly and regularly signed by the general manager. The chief financial officer shall keep an account of all receipts and disbursements. (Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 106, Sec. 3. (AB 2325) Effective January 1, 2025.)
