§ 30254 Transit Facility Acquisition Authority

The board shall determine what transit facilities should be acquired, constructed, developed, jointly developed, leased, or disposed of, by means including, but not limited to, lease, sale, purchase, option, gift, devise, condemnation, grant, or otherwise.
