§ 30227 Director Appointment Meeting

• •After the state gets the official papers naming most of the directors, they have to set up the first meeting within 10 days.
• •The first meeting must happen within 20 days after the state gets those papers.
• •The meeting has to be in Los Angeles.

A new company is formed, and the state receives the official list of directors on January 1st.

The state must schedule the first directors' meeting by January 11th, and the meeting must happen by January 21st in Los Angeles.
