§ 30227 Director Appointment Meeting

Within ten (10) days after the Secretary of State has received certified copies of the resolutions appointing a majority of the directors, he shall call the first meeting of the board of directors at an appropriate time within twenty (20) days thereafter. The meeting shall be held in the City of Los Angeles. (Added by Stats. 1964, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 62.)
