• •Any rules in agreements, leases, or equipment trust papers must follow the rules in the main trust agreement.
• •If there's a conflict, the main trust agreement wins.

A school district leases buses and signs a lease agreement.

The lease agreement cannot have rules that go against the main trust agreement that pays for the buses. If it does, the main trust agreement rules apply.
