§ 25848 Lease Agreement Compliance Rules

Key Takeaways

  • •Agreements or leases cannot break the rules set by the main trust agreement.
  • •If there’s a main rulebook (trust agreement) for paying back money, other deals can’t go against it.
  • •This keeps everything fair and stops people from making sneaky side deals.

Example

Imagine a school district borrows money to build a new school. They have a big rulebook saying how they’ll pay it back.

If the district makes a separate deal (like leasing out a school bus), that deal can’t break the rules in the big rulebook. If it does, it’s not allowed.
