§ 29041 Local Government Hearing Intervention

Key Takeaways

  • •If there's a meeting about a problem, others can join even if they didn't start it.
  • •They can talk and share their side of the story too.
  • •This is for big groups like city leaders, not just anyone.

Example

A group of neighbors complain to the city about a noisy factory. Another neighbor who wasn’t part of the first complaint can join the meeting.

The new neighbor can speak up and share their own problems with the factory noise, even if they didn’t start the complaint.
