§ 16874 Sewage Facility Cost Sharing

A contract may provide for the construction and maintenance of sewage disposal facilities, and for the payment by or for the parties to the contract of such proportionate part of the cost of their acquisition, construction, or maintenance as may be stated in the contract. The payments shall be made at such times and in such amounts as provided by the contract. (Added by Stats. 1953, Ch. 72.)
