§ 16193 Civil Service Classification Rules

The board shall classify all places of employment under the district and its offices and departments, with reference to the examinations provided by this article, except as provided in Section 16196. The places classified by the board are the classified civil service of the district, and appointments to civil service places shall be made according to the rules provided by this article. (Added by Stats. 1953, Ch. 72.)
