§ 103161 County Assistance To District

The county may render such assistance to the district as it may require, including the performance by officers of the county as ex officio officers of the district, of the functions of general manager, legal counsel, controller, and treasurer. The district shall reimburse the county for the services performed by the county to the district. (Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 502.)
