§ 101260 District Service Reimbursement Rules

Whenever the district avails itself of the services of any officer or department of the County of Kern, or of any city within the district, in the performance of any function of the district, the district shall reimburse the county or the city, as the case may be, for the reasonable value of any such service so performed in an amount, or at a rate of charge, to be fixed by the legislative body of the agency performing the service. Reimbursement to the county for its services to the district in the collection of district taxes shall be subject to the limitation prescribed by Section 29142 of the Government Code. (Added by Stats. 1971, Ch. 1161.)
