§ 1170 Memorial District Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates: (a) “District” means a memorial district organized under the provisions of this chapter. (b) “Board” means the board of directors of a memorial district. (Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 221, Sec. 69. Effective January 1, 2003.)
